Good Luck Jerry's first full trailer has been released, and based on how it looks, the film looks to be a con with a dark comedy twist. Janhvi Kapoor stars in the film. The three-minute trailer stars Janhvi as Jaya Kumari, an apparently innocent Biharian girl who will do anything for her dying mother, Mita Vashisht, who is portrayed by Janhvi. For the time being, Janhvi appears to be reasonably convincing as a young woman who has reportedly spent her entire life in Bihar and is now in Punjab to make ends meet. A few half-baked punchlines, an in-form Deepak Dobriyal, and Sushant Singh as the ultimate villain are included in the fast cuts. The movie has a drug theme and a group of thugs is after Janhvi.

Good fortune According to rumours, Good Luck Jerry is an adaptation of the Tamil film Kolamaavu Kokila, whose storyline focused on drug trafficking. The lead part in that film was played by "Lady Superstar" Nayanthara.
